new surroundings
Well I just presented in my class that I'm taking and participating in but not really registered for. I always get a little nervous presenting research even though it was a small class. I'm happy to be done and am looking forward to some Top Chef tonight.
I grabbed my winter coat today but was pleasantly surprised by a temp in the 60s. Earlier in the week I was in my sweatshirt and flip flops when it started to hail and then snow. Maybe now it will really feel like spring!
I've also been working in my office a bunch this week. Sometimes just sitting somewhere different really helps me concentrate. I think I will try this again more. My office is shared w/ 3 other people but they are never there. So it is quiet and doesn't have all of the distractions of the lab like my corner desk in the lab.
My data didn't turn out the way I wanted it but it is close .08 so less than .1 but not good enough.... I'm hoping I can run some more sessions so that I can get to what I need.
