Afternoon at the symphony

Sunday I dragged E to the symphony w/ me. It was happening in a nearby town and I hadn't been to anything like that in ages. I thoroughly enjoyed the show as I knew the music well. It was a pop music show, and I mostly wanted to hear the music but there was also a singer that accompanied. He wasn't the greatest but all in all I had fun. E didn't seem to mind that much either. I used to play violin, but was never very good. But I imagine playing a show like that would be a lot of fun, something different from the classics. Performing in a group on stage in front of an audience was always fun. The energy was captivating.
