excited

I handed in a complete draft of my prospectus to my adviser yesterday so I finally feel like I can breath a bit. My parents are picking up E and I to drive about 9 hours so we can attend my oldest sister's PhD graduation! I'm super excited to see everyone. My middle sister, her husband and two kids are driving up to meet us with my youngest sister and her boyfriend. We are all staying at the eldest's house so it will be jam packed. E and I might sleep in a tent outside but it will be fun! I got her a necklace made out of space rock or moldavite. I hope she likes it as it was sort of pricey.

I've been repainting an old bookcase we have and it finally looks fairly decent. I had to put primer on and then three coats of paint. I worked out on our little balcony which was fine except it was very hot and sometimes flies were trying to attack me. I have paint everywhere on me though, arms, elbows, legs, and in my hair. At one point I had it on my face and didn't even know until E pointed it out to me.
